Job Description

ABIS (click here for more) is looking to hire somebody to train on inside sales for the purpose of becoming an outside salesperson.  Base + commission.  Job duties include:

  • Introducing our services to prospective clients (California companies with 2-1500 employees)
  • Managing client relationships
  • Administrative account management functions
  • Financial analysis of group insurance policies
  • Human resource and compliance assistance
  • Technology solutions
  • Health insurance industry trends and legislative developments
  • Outside sales and employee enrollment meetings
  • Managing teams
