Job Description

ABIS (click here for more) is looking to hire somebody to train on inside sales for the purpose of becoming an outside salesperson, which we need to satisfy the growing demand for our services.  Base + commission.  Job duties include:

  • Introducing our services to prospective clients (California companies with 2-1500 employees)
  • Managing client relationships
  • Administrative account management functions
  • Financial analysis of group insurance policies
  • Human resource and compliance assistance
  • Technology solutions
  • Health insurance industry trends and legislative developments
  • Outside sales and employee enrollment meetings
  • Managing teams
