ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate will be required to assist with clients:

  • Showings for buyers (including evenings and weekends)-set up tours, show homes, provide feedback to lead agent
  • Cover calls/clients for lead agent Thursdays and Sundays and while lead agent is on vacation
  • Provide access to homes for vendors-home inspectors, contractors, etc
  • Hold open houses
  • Take client calls

Candidate will be asked to perform other “runner” tasks as needed, including but not limited to:

  • Install lockbox / remove lockbox
  • Refill flyers
  • Drop off gifts to clients
  • Drop off moving supplies to clients

Candidate will be required to assist with lead generation for the Team:

  • Assist calling database quarterly
  • Assist delivery of Pop Bys
  • Assist door knocking/calling Team farm quarterly
  • Hold open houses to generate leads
  • Perform lead follow up
  • Assist with preparing and attend client/community events put on by the Team

Candidate will be required to continue professional development:

  • Attend weekly Keller Williams Folsom Team Meetings
  • Attend virtual/in person trainings as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Real estate license

REQUIRED SKILLS

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year in the real estate industry
  • Experience lead generating (calling clients/door knocking etc.)

COMPENSATION

  1. Commission based position $50,000-$90,000 per year. 
  2. Team member will have opportunity to work with buyers/take listings to increase income on top of average commission after milestones and probation period have been met
  3. $200 a month flat fee for coverage for days off
  4. $25-$40 per task completed – flyers, lockbox delivery, etc.
  5. Full Time position with flexible hours
