Job Description

We are looking for a person with strong communication skills and some experience in customer service. In this job, you will deal with clients who have personal accounts in our agency and provide them with exceptional service. You will manage the personal accounts, make changes whenever necessary and assist with billing for our clients.

For this job, you do not need any prior knowledge in the insurance industry. We will train you on a one-on-one basis to understand what services to provide and how best to communicate with clients.

The different products we provide are property, liability, umbrella, auto, work comp, all of which you will be introduced to during the training period. We are a privately owned business enterprise. Here is some more information about us -

Job Responsibilities In Detail

  • Uses consultative selling techniques to counsel and provide advice on protection and coverage options based on the prospective customer`s unique insurance needs and goals.
  • Prepares quotations and applications and delivers effective presentations.
  • Complies with underwriting guidelines and contacts appropriate division for underwriting guidance when needed.
  • Retains existing customers by providing excellent customer service. Completes requested account and policy endorsements.
  • Resolves customer issues to build relationship with Exceed Insurance. Coordinates the involvement of appropriate partners when necessary. Keeps customer updated throughout the resolution process.
  • Develops, maintains, and cultivates community contacts to enhance Exceed Insurance visibility and maximize new business opportunities.


Rate of Pay

$45000 Annually (Not Including Commission)
