Eagle Protect is a Certified B Corp PPE supplier operating in the USA and New Zealand. We service many industries, keeping them, their staff, and customers safe, and are on a mission to safeguard what matters to our customers.
We have excellent products, industry leading science, and R&D that together with our sustainable and ethical sourcing make us totally unique in this industry. For this reason, we now have as customers some of the largest brands in the US and world. But we are still small and nimble with very big ambitions and need some more motivated and experienced team members to make that happen!
Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include:
Work with stakeholders to create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns.
Update and manage CRM system (we use Hubspot) to provide the most effective sales funnel and maximize the coordinations of marketing and sales efforts.
Work with stakeholders to evaluate event and campaign performance based on opportunities created.
Manage 3rd party event partner relationships, sponsor relationships and charity relationships.
Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate and schedule digital and print advertising material.
Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
Ensure marketing designs and email layouts are optimized, user and mobile-friendly.
Ensure sales and marketing content is up-to-date; liaise with any outsourced design and printing contacts.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Update database data within website, inventory and CRM programs.
Manage website page content and assist in optimization.
Experience or adequate education in a marketing role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and successfully assist with multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Thorough knowledge of MS Office as well as CRM programs
Ability to think strategically
Attention to detail
High school diploma; BS/BA is preferred
A generally all round awesome person who enjoys working in a team!
Adobe design suite experience would be an advantage
Our office is located within the Tahoe Cowork building in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. The position is in person at our office, M-F, 8-5.
