The Board is currently recruiting for a 24-month Limited Term Program Technician II.
Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Program Technician II (PT II) is responsible for providing customer service over the phone and via email and evaluating applications within the Board’s Licensing Unit.
Answer telephone calls from a diverse population of licensees, applicants, and the public. Respond to broad and complex questions regarding Board laws, regulations, processes, and application or license status. Evaluate and process applications for callers when appropriate.
Respond to emails received from licensees, applicants, and the public. Respond to broad and complex questions regarding Board laws, regulations, processes, and application or license status. Conduct research using various Board resources to provide accurate and thorough information. Evaluate and process application documents that are submitted via email.
Evaluate licensing applications and the documents submitted with the applications for conformance to the Board’s laws and regulations to determine eligibility for the examination and/or licensure.
