A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related discipline
Passion for e-commerce, online retail
Creative and forward thinking
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assist in creating and updating product listings across all e-commerce platforms and company online store, ensuring accurate product information, images and pricing
Adhere to all rules and policies of the various e-commerce platforms, maintaining high account health scores and positive feedback
Assist in monitoring customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement
Take initiative to learn about e-commerce platforms, order management, accounting programs, and CRM programs
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

$16-$18 per hour DOE, part time 15-20 hours per week (scheduled within office hours: M-F, 8 am to 4:30 pm)
