LPAS, Inc. is a full service Architecture firm, with offices in Sacramento and Oakland, servicing developers, educational institutions, government entities, and contractors throughout the State of California, as well as a number of other West Coast states. Established in 1978, LPAS has a reputation for its efficient and and innovative approach to designing multi-family, commercial, higher education, civic, retail, and other buildings.
LPAS is also uniquely staffed with Operations and Finance professionals whom have designed critical financial benchmarking tools, to equip the Leaders of the firm with the financial information they need to make informed decisions. Over the last 10-years of honing these tools, we have come to realize that counterparts in our industry (Architecture & Engineering) are lacking adequate tools, and often make reactive, rather than proactive, critical financial decisions. With this in mind, and as a national leader in fiscal performance (according to the Professional Services Management Journal), LPAS was compelled to carry its proprietary financial management tools to other A&E firms.
We have been piloting our model with another architectural firm since Q2 of 2024, as well as providing general daily outsourced bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial management services to a variety of clients over the last several years. We are growing in every respect, and we are gearing up to officially launch our Business Services division as a fiscal roadmap for struggling architectural firms across the State, and eventually, Nationwide.
