Job Description – HR:
The Associate Support Representative/Analyst performs specialized administrative tasks for employees and managers across the company. As a member of the Human Performance Contact Center Team, you will be the first point of contact in the resolution, escalation, or routing of inquiries (online and phone) about topics including personnel data, HR systems and web tools, benefits, Leaves of Absence, and talent management system. Accuracy, efficiency, confidentiality and a high degree of customer service are essential. Flexibility to work increased hours during training and high volume cycles is necessary. This role is located in Roseville, CA.
