Dynamic Fascial Response® is looking to fill the roll of a sales and marketing manager to boost our  established national and global ecommerce business -marketing massage courses, CEU certifications, subscriptions and soon-to-be self published book sales.

Looking to apply your academic knowledge to real-world business challenges? This isn't a passive training role—you’ll be a key player on our team. We are looking for interns with a baseline knowledge of marketing and sales management who are ready to take ownership of your own small business while helping us to develop ours and learn by doing.

Remote - Flexible Hours - Commission 

We are offering students an opportunity to learn ecommerce while earning a 10% commission pay on all sales made. Courses range from 195.00 - 850.00. We desire to establish a subscription business model as well. Currently, our most popular course is our pregnancy massage certification at 850.00 (10% = $85 commission per sale).  

*If you are a student desiring internship units and therefore needing to earn at least a minimum wage, we can put you on a waitlist. At this time however, we are filling a commission-only position for sales and marketing manager. Please write "waitlist" in subject line of email should you only be interested in being on a waitlist for a paid internship. 

*For the book design position we can pay students a minimum wage or a flat fee,  Write "book design" in email subject line for that position.  Must have an understanding of Adobe inDesign.  The book is close to completion but needs to be polished in terms of design.

Job Description

We know that university students are usually seeking experience and might not necessarily have experience or knowledge. Candidates with previous experience in (or passion for) any of the following will be seriously considered:

• Ecommerce business and sales management
• Ecommerce marketing
• Rebranding and growing an established business 
• Wordpress website design and SEO
• Effective landing pages and calls to action
• Optimal Conversions
• Sales funnel knowledge
• Knowledge of META and GOOGLE ad placement
• Online copyediting skills (in other words we prefer not to have to copyedit ads once created)
• Building a subscription/membership model (example: Coursera)
• Mailchimp optimization
• Book Design -preferably using Adobe Indesign and epub
• Knowledge of book sales (self-publishing steps)

We will meet weekly to discuss accomplishments (or challenges) and set weekly goals.
