• Billing - Ability to set up invoices specific to customer requirements as well as in PENTA, track invoice report on missing invoices, invoices not sent, and pending invoices. • Coordinates project activities including but not limited to: meetings, agendas, and notes • Add crew workers to weekly roll-up • Update billing information on weekly roll-up • Create bid folders and generate invoices • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports • Provide information by answering questions and requests • Generate reports • Supports the handling of multiple projects • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning • Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff • Maintain computer and manual filing systems • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
