The role of the Board Op Coordinator would entail, in addition to someone’s regular duties:
LEAD in hiring all board operators.
SCHEDULE board ops on across all stations and shifts.
OVERSEE and assign training for board ops on all stations and shifts.
SERVE AS TEAM LEAD and regularly communicate with team and provide performance feedback.
ASSIST with Zeta and station logs
