Wealth Management 2026 Summer Internship, Roseville, CA

Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and thoughtful intern to join our Wealth Management team. This internship is a chance to learn how financial advisors help individuals and families build their futures — and to see firsthand what it means to make a real difference in people’s lives through financial planning and investment advice.

As part of our small, collaborative team, you’ll be supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. You’ll learn from experienced mentors who are passionate about teaching and about helping others succeed — both clients and colleagues alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

·       Work closely with advisors to prepare client materials, financial plans, and investment summaries

·       Research market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance

·       Assist in reviewing and organizing client data, reports, and documentation

·       Participate in team discussions on investment ideas and client strategies

·       Support special projects that enhance the client experience and improve how we serve our                        community

·       Join client meetings or calls (when appropriate) to observe how we build trust and long-term                    relationships

What We’re Looking For

·       Current college Junior or Senior, or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics,                Business, or a related field

·       Genuinely interested in personal finance, investing, or helping people make confident financial                  decisions

·       Comfortable working with numbers but also enjoys the human side of financial advice

·       Detail-oriented, reliable, and open to feedback and learning

·       Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

·       A team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to explore new ideas

What You’ll Gain

  • Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced advisors who are invested in your growth
  • Confidence: Build practical knowledge in wealth management and client service
  • Perspective: See how financial guidance can empower individuals and families
  • Community: Work in a supportive environment where your voice matters
